Tony Biel: Setting the Hook on Trophy Clients

Companies often fail to land new best-fit, “trophy” clients while wasting valuable resources on clients who will never be trophies. Why? Their sales team isn’t armed with a defined Unified Client Experience.

In today’s world of aggressive growth and revenue demands, companies can’t simply hire seasoned sales professionals in hopes they’ll just “figure it out.” With the emergence of various resources to help companies get their sales operations in check, many companies have gone to great lengths to define their target markets, unique value propositions, and pain points. Yet many still struggle with an abundance of painful and unprofitable clients which stunt their growth.

Tony will show you how sales teams can play at a higher level, with aligned talk tracks for exactly what these unique trophies can expect to experience working with them.

Tony Biel

Since the earliest days of his professional career, Tony Biel has been devoted to helping people get from point A to point B, personally, professionally and financially.

His passion for positively impacting others has been solidified by successfully navigating two complementary career paths. First, serving 12 years within the social service space, working with at-risk youth, then law enforcement, and eventually landing oversees in independent security assignments.

He knew there was a way to benefit the business world with the same survival tools to survive the toughest problems: Learn-Know-Do-Measure. He applies the these principles to help companies and business owners reach “point B” through evolving sales teams and aligning the company around the work that is most profitable and fun to do. He has earned accolades as an individual contributor, celebrated sales leader, and a business consultant who consistently delivers results.
