Everyone wants big growth in business, sales, and income, but frequently we overlook the incredible power of small incremental improvements and how they can add up to massive results. This presentation with review which specific areas to focus on for the biggest improvement impact. We will also discuss how to best make improvements in those areas. Winging it won’t work. Too many focus on revenue (just get the sale) as opposed to profit (was it a good sale?), why sales people should care about profit. Lastly, we’ll talk about how to differentiate yourself in a way your prospects will care about.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Skip Nelson started his first business in my parents’ basement. Quantum Companies grew into a multi-million-dollar business including everything from cleaning and construction to insurance claims.

He also built a business as a national speaker/trainer and has taught state certified continuing education classes for thousands of business professionals.  Nelson’s expertise made him a highly in demand speaker and trainer, and I was also featured in various media outlets such as the New York Times, CBS/WCCO Television, ABC/KSTP Radio & Television and MPR Radio.

He has frequently been asked to share insight and mentorship with small business owners. As a result, Nelson started Business Breakthroughs. Through this he is a Small Business Coach and Profit Acceleration Specialist. He provides 1:1, group, online coaching and Profit Acceleration educational workshops. He has authored/coauthored multiple books including Your Business Breakthrough.
