Increasing Sales & Client Satisfaction


In an effort to include all of our members and guests PSA is currently delivering our events both live and online. On June 2nd you can choose to join us in person as Linda Schwefel gives her presentation or join us via webcast from 7:45 – 9:15 a.m.  See below for details and registration:

Perfecting the art of selling starts with self awareness. The single main reason sales fall through is because the training  does not take individual styles into account, both the salesperson and the buyer.  Understanding the individual is as important as the process.  Whether you are face to face of emailing a prospect buying/selling styles matter.  The program we are going to talk about today teaches sales people how to recognize type and how to lean into their style to develop lasting productive client relationships and increase sales.

Linda Schwefel brings over 25 years of training, keynote speaking, and professional selling experience to her role as Managing Partner of Discover Yourself.  She was a Top Salesperson with Xerox, where she was the Marketing Representative of the Year her first year.  Linda later worked as an Account Manager for an OEM for IBM where she was ranked 2nd nationally out of 700 Sales Representatives every year.  Linda then started her own speaking and training business called Keynotes.com and sold it after 5 years to stay home and raise her three young children.

Today Linda delivers keynotes, teaches programs and workshops using the Insights Discovery System.  She delivers an engaging and informative session which shows attendees how Insights can aid communication among members and enhance self-discovery.  Linda also speaks to Vistage, the largest CEO membership organization in the world, and has personally trained over 1500 CEOs.  She teaches from a real-world perspective as a business owner herself and engages leaders to maximize the impact of her programs within their teams.
