Crisis Management that Deepens Customer Loyalty

His experience covers roles in IT, corporate sales, leadership development, operations, crises management, succession planning, leading change management & project management office (PMO) teams and as a military veteran who is Ranger qualified and commanded two infantry companies in the 101st Airborne.
Throughout his career, Floyd has had the opportunity to work across a range of sectors from manufacturing, education, government, and high tech. He practices what he preaches and is always looking to up level his skills. This drive has led him to learn German, write “Conscious Leadership in Action”, and run 23 marathons.
